On the previous article, we described Reports Menu and what inside Reports Menu. In this article, we will explain the critical part of the Reports Menu: Review Reports in Magento 2. This option is the reports of product review includes report By Customer and report By Product.

  1. What are Review Reports in Magento 2?

Review Report is a table of information about reviews by customers and by products. To open the Review Reports, you have to click the Reports button on the admin sidebar. It’s the fourth button if counting from a bottom of the sidebar. The Review Reports is the second column of the menu, under the Marketing Reports.

  1. What inside Review Reports in Magento 2?

There are two type or Review Reports in Magento 2: Review Reports by Customers and Review Report by Products.

  • Reports by Customers: This review report provide a list of customers who have submitted product reviews. The report includes the name of the customer, review and action column.

Review Reports In Magento 2

  • Reports by Products: All products that have been reviewed by customers are included in The Product Reviews Report. The report includes ID, the name of the product, reviews, average, approved average, last review, action.
